Creating an account, adding balance or placing an order on Takipchi.az means you accept these terms. If you disagree, you must not use the service.
1. Account and eligibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account and immediately notify support of unauthorised use. Creating multiple accounts to commit fraud or bypass restrictions is prohibited.
2. Proper use of services
Services are intended only for lawful purposes and activity consistent with the terms of the social platform you use. Harassment, deception, hate, malware, spam, political manipulation and violations of third-party rights are prohibited.
3. Order information
Users must select the correct platform, service, public link and quantity. An incorrect, private or later-modified link may delay or prevent fulfilment. A social media password is never required.
4. Balance and payment
Balance is used only for platform services and is not a cash account. Balance is not credited before payment confirmation. Refunds for completed orders or orders sent to a provider are assessed according to service status and technical feasibility.
5. Results and delivery
Start and completion times depend on the service type, quantity, social platform status and provider capacity. Exact timing and permanent results are not guaranteed. Social platforms may independently change their rules and metrics.
6. AI features
AI-generated strategies, audits and content ideas are informational guidance. AI output does not create a social media service order without separate confirmation. Users must assess suitability before applying it.
7. Account restrictions
Accounts and operations may be temporarily suspended and investigated in cases of security threats, payment fraud, system abuse, rule violations or suspected illegal activity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Takipchi.az is not liable for social-platform changes outside its control, third-party service interruptions, incorrect user information or restrictions applied by a platform to a user account.
